Our policy

BOOKING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
At the time of making an online reservation through our website, the customer must:
-Define first of all the characteristics of your stay at Hostal Rural La Esperanza, that is, indicate the day of entry and exit, number of rooms and number of occupants.
-Provide your personal data, as well as give your credit card which will be used only to guarantee your reservation.
The total payment of said reservation must be made at the beginning of the service (that is, upon arrival at the establishment).
Hostal rural La Esperanza reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card before the date of entry.
* To guarantee your reservation a valid credit card is required. Hostal rural La Esperanza reserves the right to cancel your reservation if the card is not.


RESERVATION CANCELLATION:
-If the cancellation of the reservation of the accommodation is made between 15-5 days before the date of arrival a charge of 25% of the amount of the reservation will be made.
-If the cancellation of the accommodation reservation is made within 5 days of the arrival date, a charge of 50% of the amount of the reservation will be made.
-If it is not presented, without having previously communicated it, a charge of 100% of the amount of the reservation will be made.
If you change the reservation dates for others, you will try to change the reservation provided that the establishment is available for the new dates. If booked during all the requested dates, the aforementioned cancellation fees will be applied.
